一、宾语的分类
1.代词作宾语
例句：I fancy you.
我喜欢你。
2.名词作宾语
例句：I like playing basketball.
我喜欢打篮球。
3.数词作宾语
例句：I want to fight with ten of them.
我要打十个。
4.从句作宾语
例句：Nobody knows who can pass the exam.
没人知道谁能考过。
5.直接宾语和间接宾语
例句：My boyfriend told me a ghost story last night.
昨晚我男朋友给我讲了一个鬼故事。
6.不定式作宾语
例句：I can't affordto payfor the car.
我付不起买车的钱。
7.动名词作宾语
例句：We enjoypalyingsoccerafter school.
我们放学喜欢踢球。
8.从句作宾语
例句：I don't knowwhere he lives.
我不知道他住在哪儿。
二、宾语从句的介绍
宾语从句属于名词性从句，在句中作主句的宾语。三要素是引导词(连接词)、语序、时态。
1.宾语从句的引导词
①由从属连词that引导的宾语从句。
例句：I hear (that) you passed the exam.
我听说你通过这次考试。
PS：that 在句中无词汇意义，在从句中不能充当成分，在口语当中往往省略。
②由从属连词 whether、if 引导的宾语从句。
if/ whether "是否"，说明对陈述的事物不明确或不清楚。常用在ask、wonder、can(could) you tell me 等后。
例句：I want to know whether/if he is right.
我想知道他是否是对的。
③只能用whether不能用if的情况：
1)在介词后面。
例句：I'm thinking of whether we should go fishing.
我在想我们是否应该去钓鱼。
2)在动词不定式前。
例句：They asked me whether to go skating.
他们问我是否去滑冰。
3)当与or not连用，或提出两种选择时。
例句：I don't know whether he's free or not.
我不知道他是否有空。
4)宾语从句提前时。
例句：Whether this is true or not, I can't say.
这个是否是真的，我不能说。
④由连接代词Who、whom、whose、which、what和连接副词 where、how、why、when引导的宾语从句。
这些代词或副词连接主句和从句，并在从句中担任句子成分，具有一定的意义，不可省略。
例句：He asked who the man is.
他问我那个男人是谁。
2.语序
宾语从句的语序是陈述句语序，即：主句+连接词+从句(主+谓+其他成分)。
例句：Do you remember?
他多大岁数?
PS：当从句的原句为以下句子以及what、who作主语时，语序不变。
例句：What's wrong?
怎么了?
3.时态
①主句用一般现在时，现在进行时或一般将来时等"现在"范畴的时态时，从句的时态根据需要来用，不受主句影响。
例句：I want to know what time he got up this morning.
我想知道他今天早上几点起床的。
②主句用过去时，从句用与过去相关的时态。
例句：Kate said there was a box under the desk.
Kate说过这里有个盒子在桌子下面。
③从句说明的是一般真理、客观事实、自然现象、名言时，仍用现在时。
例句：Dad told us that it is better to do than to say.
爸爸告诉我们做比说好。
④从句中有具体时间状语，即使从句动作发生在主句动作前，仍用一般过去时。
例句：The teacher told me she was born in 1960.
老师告诉我她1960年出生。
